Koobah offers a fully powered, undercover, 49 x 24 metre sand based area that suits a variety of disciplines.

The arena can be sectioned off to suit any event that does not call for a full sized arena. The arena has full lighting fixtures and an inbuilt sprinkler system ensuring that the arena has optimal surface conditions.

The arena is complimented by a round yard, adjoining cattle yards and shade sails over the spectator area.

The KPH full sized Campdraft arena is overlooked by a large, elevated grandstand that gives you full view of the camp yard and a great view across the arena. There is permanent lighting fixtures at the arena to ensure that even in the shorter months there is ample light to run your event.

There is an office dedicated to the campdraft arena ensuring that committees using the arena are easily accessible during the events and overlooking the action. 

“The Catching Pen” is an undercover gathering area perfect for any weather and a casual Lounge area that is an ideal VIP Lounge area for larger events. These areas offer an excellent vantage point for announcers and judges.

A water truck is available to ensure the condition of the arena surface is at its best and dust is kept to minimum.

 The main grandstand at the campdraft arena gives spectators a  birds eye view of the cut out  yard and the course.

Our indoor arena grandstand is positioned under shade sales for spectator comfort.  

Overlooking the campdraft arena is the office and announcer's pavilion.

This area has been created as a vantage point for spectators and fellow competitors to gather and enjoy watching the competition or simply to spin a yarn and enjoy a drink with friends. 

For the committees running events, there is an air conditioned events office to help make managing competitors a breeze. The area is fully powered and contains a PA system outdoor fans and lighting. This area is also an excellent vantage point for announcers, officials and judges. 

We have even catered for sponsors and VIP members with "The Catching Pen" a designated lounge area overlooking the camp and arena.

The "Amenities Block" is located just beside the Donga accommodation and centrally located to both arenas.  This area is a community kitchen, bathroom and BBQ facility. The kitchen area has basic facilities for guests staying overnight.

In the inside kitchen has dinnerware, microwave, fridge, toaster & kettle available for use by guests.

Externally, the camp kitchen offers a gas BBQ, sink, fridge and communal area with undercover seating and eating area.

There is also a washing machine, and bathroom facilities.

Toilets are located in the Amenities block, and also at the rear of the stable complex.

KPH has a limited number of stables available for hire during events and short term stop overs, we also have yards and paddocks available. The stables are located close by to our Donga accommodation ensuring those late arrivals and early morning departures are as easy as possible.

Stables

Here at Koobah Performance Horses, we have a range of equine accommodation available. We have two stable complexes with standard and double sized stables. We also offer a selection of large and small paddocks that are available for overnight and short stay agistment. Whether you are travelling on your own or in a group, our facilities can accommodate you and your horses.

Koobah can arrange for cattle to be available for hire to work your horse.

Cattle hire is subject to availability, and arrangements must be made prior to your visit to ensure stock are available.

Our cattle yards allow sorting in an easy flow system. With a capacity of 150 head our well designed alley ways provide low stress feeding of cattle as well as the ability to move stock into our Undercover Arena and Campdraft arena stock yards.

Parking and Camping is available for trucks and floats on the grounds of Koobah, conveniently located within proximity to both the campdraft and undercover arena's. 

General spectator parking is available in a designated bitumen parking area, there is also disabled parking available with level path access to the spectator area at the campdraft arena. 

We have limited powered camping spaces available and booking for events is highly recommended.
