“The Donga’s”

Our unique Donga accommodation has been styled to suit the equestrian traveller and guests wanting to stay close to the city of Tamworth but in a rural environment. We have three comfortable units available that are close to the stables and yards, while overlooking the stunning Tamworth City views and the Campdraft arena.  gives you your own comfortable bed, air conditioned room and TV to wind down after your busy day. 

There is the “Amenities Block” that provides a camp kitchen & muster area with a fridge, BBQ, microwave & kettle, as well as shower & laundry facilities for those guests staying in the Dongas. 

For those who would like to dine out – there are many choices nearby with the popular Papa Luigis Restaurant (Formally Carmens Italian Restaurant) just down the road, and the ever popular Longyard Hotel and Calala Tavern just a short 5 minute drive. Tamworth has plenty to offer in the restaurant, café and shopping scene all easily accessible from Koobah.

All guests staying in the accommodation have use of the “Amenities Block”, They all have a back verandah connecting their units to the amenities building.
